  • Burgers were good - once they came. Thurs @ 3pm & only 6 tables w customers, so when food never showed up no excuse for waitress not noticing. Every table that arrived after us had their food so we asked & she discovered kitchen had lost order. Reentered order & brought us comp basket of fries & onion rings which we didn't eat; told her we didn't want more food, just our burgers. She had told us manager was coming but he/she never showed. Full charge & not even an offer regarding future visit. Too bad because we probably would have tried them again.
