  • These guys have made a business out of doing as little as possible, and taking as long as possible to do it, if they even show up. Their drivers sit at the gate, wait 30 seconds and then leave. This allows them to charge you a "no call no show" fee without even having to lift a finger. I was forced to pay that fee and also fix my own electrical issue because of the contract with the P.M. no one else could be called for the repair. I literally sat in the dark for 7 weeks. Do yourself,and for the love of god your tenant, a favor and pick another company to give your business to.
