  • So... i am a diamond member. I have been to plenty of hyatts, Hiltons, etc. This was by far the worst location I've ever been to. Extremely horrible service and no attempt to rectify the god awful service. I can assure you I won't be back. This also makes me question my choice in hotel chain.
