rev:text	My complaint is in regards to their pricing. As far as the cleaning goes the carpets were fairly clean and their tech was very courteous. I called and made an appt over the phone in which I told them I had 4 rooms, one hallway, and stairs. I was not given a total price over the phone which was partly my fault, but I was somewhat price shocked when the tech told me it would be $292.00. That includes an 8.00 fuel charge that they pull out of the air. I then remembered that I got a coupon by email that offered 20% off all cleaning. I showed this to the tech but instead of giving me 20% off $292. the price went up to over $300 because he stated the regular price was $39 not $33 that it shows on their website. Problem is nothing on the website states that the regular price $39 so for all I know they could be making it up to give me less of a discount. How is a customer supposed to know what your regular price is if you don't have it posted online. They don't post all of their prices or fuel charge because they don't want u to know until they get to your house. Bad business and deceitful pricing. Spoke to 4 different people whom each acknowledged that they were wrong and it's supposedly fixed now on their website but Zerorez doesn't want to do the right thing and fix the price I paid which was a discrepancy of only about $28. It's the principal. They offered to send me a gift certificate to use them again but why do I want to do business again with a company that can't do the right thing.
