I have taken my fur baby here numerous times. This place is big, clean, and the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.
I will recommend that if you come you try to make it to the earliest appointment because this place can get seriously busy, and even if you did make an appointment in the evening, they may be up to an hour late. Everything else is golden. But I totally get that there are some pets that are sicker than others and they will have to prioritize those animals that need urgent care.
Anyway, I have come here to get my dog's annual exam, and most recently because my dog was really chewing on his paw a lot. Anyway I ended up coming in and waited about an hour because it was late in the evening, I was seen by a technician who was super friendly and very caring towards my puppy. After that the Vet came in and examined my puppy was able to figure out what happened and provided my dog with the cone of shame and some meds. The treatment they provided was able to help clear up my dogs ailments rather quickly.
I will also say that Dr Ruiz was able to solve my dogs chronic vomitting problem by prescribing a sensitive tummy dog food that has worked wonders.
Anyway, despite the wait and a bit of a pricey bill, I care the most about friendly, and knowledgeable staff to care for my puppy. It's a fair trade off.
