I've been here twice now for tire needs. Once for new tires on the husband's car and once to replace one of my tires after a nail wanted to reside in my tire.
The tire replacement trip was pretty painless. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning, we dropped off the car, and the employee that helped us wasn't pushy. We went with the tires that can be driven 50 miles on flat to limit roadside repairs. How cool is that? We returned a couple of hours later to a job well done and the tire pricing seemed reasonable.
My most recent trip was for a tire losing psi slowly. The employee that helped us quickly discovered a nail in a spot that required replacement. The shop was really busy since it was Saturday morning so I left the car and went on with errands. I received a call less than an hour later that my car was ready. Through my employer I get discounts at Firestone and I mentioned that to the employee at drop-off and he nodded that he was adding it. After I paid and received my receipt I noticed that he never added the discount. That was a bummer, but not the end of the world.
Overall, both times I've had to come here I've been satisfied with the work and it seems to save me money over going to the dealership.
