I think the facility honestly deserves a 3/5 for the facility but I'll give it a 4/5 because really, as long as you know what you're getting into, it's fine.
The place is small. Like tiny. With that said, it's priced accordingly. It was under $20 to drop in, tax included (I had my own shoes). The routes are challenging and there's a little sampler of everything. They even have one of those treadmill wall things, which are a lot easier to work with than I thought. It wasn't very crowded and it looks like it's a nice, small community.
I'd say look into it if you are in the area and/or are new to bouldering. It wasn't really my style but I can see how some people would prefer a gym like this.
It really feels like you have a crazy friend that converted his home into a climbing gym. Cozy, but limited.
