  • My review is about customer service. I've been a client for a little over one year and I'm happy with how my hair looks but their customer service definitely lacks. I've had several issues with trying to set appt's because they dont answer the phone and DONT return messages. This is repeat issue. The only reason I even had my last appt was because I called back again after waiting a few dys after leaving a voicemail. Whats the point of having a voicemail if you don't check it? They obviously arent hurting for clients even though the majority of the time its pretty quiet in there. They also double charge for the same service. Usually I get a receipt but last time I didnt even though I wondered why my total was so high so I called back. I was told "$53 for a haircut and $18 for refreshing the length". Now I dont mind paying good money for anything but WTH is the difference between a haircut and refreshing the length? Never in my life have I heard of charge like that and thats enough for me to look elsewhere.
