  • Terrible experience! First time in Vegas and in desperate need of a spray tan. I found this place which was a bitch to get to, had the most outdated, unusable Versa Spa machine. I pressed the button and it simply broke l down, never started. I went to the front desk and the woman asked me to try once more which I did and it still did not work. Nothing against the woman, she was very sweet and did what she could, but come on management, get it TOGETHER! I requested a refund which she had to call her manager (again terrible management because she should know this) and I find out I can't get my refund and I have to go to another location. No. I paid for a service and did not receive it!! I should NOT be sent to a different location only to have this happen again and waste my money and time. Inexcusable. The ONLY reason I'm giving this place two stars was because of the woman at the front desk, it is not her fault. Management needs to get it together, properly train your staff, and replace old machines that don't work! Come on.
