  • I took my preteen son here last week. Nice atmosphere, with a comfortable waiting area and a small flat screen TV at every station. The stylist listened to my son, and did a very nice job on his cut. My one quibble - the included services (shampoo, condition, neck massage, hot towel) were not done - nor were they offered. It's advertised quite prominently on the wall in the waiting area as included with every hair cut. While waiting, I noticed that no other clients were receiving these services either. Other than that, I was satisfied.
