  • Me and my wife recently purchased a house that had a 3 year termite guarantee from Green Mango Pest. We noticed upon moving in that there were still reproductive termites in the garage, house, and backyard. We tried to contact Green Mango 3 times before getting someone to come out to our house. The missed the first schedule visit and said that their truck was having mechanical issues. I called back to complain and they promised that they would come out the next day. When they did finally arrive, the termite tech refused to acknowledge that we had termites, despite all evidence that suggests otherwise. I had researched online already and it was obvious we had reproductive termites, I even emailed them screenshots of what they look like to make it easier. The early 20-yr old claimed he had "10 yrs experience" and dismissed any idea that I could be correct. To be honest Green Mango already treated our house back in 2012 and 2013 so if they have to treat us again in 2014 they are probably going to loose money on our account. Thus, makes sense they are so hesitant to help out. In conclusion the termite tech was in and out of our house in 5 minutes and did no thorough inspection what so ever. He did take pics with his fancy ipad to show his "antamologist" and said they would get back to us in 48 hrs. Its been 1 week now, no call, no treatment, and I am not surprised I have given up on Green mango. Terrible customer service Terrible pesticide/termite treatment Terrible arrogant attitude from their young buck reps Only think I liked about them was their company branding and colors. Terrible company and would advise people to run away from these guys.
