  • If I could give it a 0 stars or negative stars i would!!! TERRIBLE! Stay away. If you use your insurance and get this company ask to get a different company. The guy who first came out tried to side deal me on some BS scam. Then, didn't update the ticket and just closed it out with no notes. I just called and spoke to scheduling so that they didn't have to come out and waste my time and theirs, and this is what I got from the lady, "I'm too busy to look at previous work orders, I don't have time for that right now. Someone will be at your house tomorrow." So guess what I did, called my insurance company and request a new company who really cares about helping people and establishing a relationship with their clients. Schmidt's CEO needs to take a hard look at his/her employees as they are all a bunch of sorry employees. I will NEVER let this company touch any of my stuff nor should you. STAY AWAY!!!!
