Had them come out to my rental property to fix a dryer that was not drying clothes all the way. Paid the $45 deductible required through my warranty company.
Turned out to be a pinched exhaust hose. Repair was done, we were happy.
The next time we go to use the dryer, it goes into "self-lockout". We tried EVERYTHING to get it unlocked. Finally ended up calling Gabriels back enlisting their help as I have new tenants arriving the next day. "you have to schedule another appt. through your warranty company".
Did some research over the internet & found a fix that my housecleaner applied. "hold the cancel button down for 4 seconds". Fixed. Thanks for nothing Gabriel's. If you are not willing to help a desperate customer in need, with a simple fix that I'm sure you are aware of, you are not the kind of business partner that I will be doing business with in the future. You are officially removed from my list of contacts. That is NOT the way I do business, neither should you. Goodbye.
