Overall one of the most disappointing visits I've ever had at a car dealership. I needed to have my vehicle inspected before a trip and was waiting for 2.5 hours before finally I went up and asked when my car would be ready. They told me that a sensor was broken and they didn't have the part etc. I asked to work with a manager and waited another 20 minutes becuase they basically forgot about me.
They tried to make up for the errors and confusion which I appreciated. I ended up leaving my car overnight and they provided a rental. They next day I received no calls letting my know the status of my vehicle. I called and left multiple messages which were never returned. My husband finally got someone to answer our questions.
I showed up to pick up my vehicle and it took longer than they had quoted but at this point I just wanted to be done with this place. I spoke with the manager again before I left and let him know what a bad experience I had. He apologized again and did take measures to make sure I was happy which I thought was reasonable. Because they at least tried to make me happy in the end, I'm providing an extra star.
I would strongly caution anyone needing service. I saw a few people get great service and be in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Plan on being there more time than quoted and also follow up with the service people, they don't follow up with you.
