  • First disappointment of this place is that they have no drive thru!! Such a shame for being in a nice area. So I decided to go in and they weren't busy at all and I asked for a caramel brûlée the lady charges me than I'm waiting for my drink and the barista told me so nonchalant that they are out of whatever so they couldn't make my drink so I was like ok? Well you tell me now after I paid and she looked at me with a blank stare and proceeded to making her drinks so I went to the front and asked for a different drink and waited 15 min for a damn grande white mocha when there was only 3 people ahead of me. The barista was so slow and you can tell she hates her job. Really wish this place would hire better employees because now I don't like coming to this location.
