  • Dealing with this office (Warm Springs/Durango) is a night mare. The doctors leave after their contracts are up with no communication from the office as to where they went. Parents go to great lengths to interview doctors who fit their needs and it really should be public knowledge! The doctors they hire have all been fantastic but they leave as soon as you learn they work there. Lord help you if you need records sent anywhere. We switched offices, nearly 9 months passed and I was still waiting on their office to get our info together. The lack of communication is astounding even when you finally get through to the office manager who by the way is as high as they go and covers both locations. Be prepared for a run around as to why their phones don't work, their fax is down and how it's all your fault for not receiving the information you requested weeks ago.
