| - I have lived here over 2 years and I have never had so many water problems in my LIFE!!! there has been over 5 times where the main water pipe has busted (at least that is what they tell us). We usually have no notice of this before we turn on our faucets and there is no water coming out. Hours later, they MAY send an email notifying us there is no water and there is never an estimated time to be fixed. Once in a while they will have an estimated time to be fixed and it still won't be on by that time. There has been times where I don't have water for 12+ hours. One time there was no water for 24 hours. This is EXTREMELY inconvenient to have no water for 12+ hours with no plan B for these issues. Also, the office closes at 6pm regardless of whether the problem is fixed or not. One would think the leasing manager would stick around to at least answer frantic residents or make sure everything gets fixed properly. Otherwise, they just head home and don't worry about it. It seems every time there is a broken pipe, they call a plumbing company and they cant fix it, take 12+ hours to fix, or have to end up calling help-an emergency plumbing company to come late at night until it's fixed.
If the first company cannot do it right, they need to always have the emergency plumbers come out and fix it since it seems that is the only way it gets fixed!!
These water issues have become QUIET frustrating- no backup plans for residents, no water credit on our monthly bill, and more importantly, time out of our day to drive to a family/friends house to shower, cook, drink.
