  • Howard Stern turned me on to buying a iphone back in the day. He'd rant and rave on his radio show about how awesome his phone was. I was sporting a old Nextel at the time and that iphone revolutionized my life. Since then I've bought ipads, macbooks, macs and about every other version of the iphone. I try an android once and tried to like it, but it just never felt right. Iphone vs. Android is like the great toilet paper roll debate....Rolling over the top towards you which makes sense to me is the Iphone. Rolling to the back and underneath to you is awkward and frustrating which reminds me of the Android. So I can't say the Android is bad, but I need things quick and easy and Apple products just match my needs. Store- So as far as the store goes. I've never known any Apple Stores who has got great tech support in any of their stores. They are good at selling. You can always get better prices elsewhere for your Apple device. I mainly like stopping in and checking out the newest devices but rarely purchase anything from the Apple Store other than my last Mac. The store itself is very hip, bright and clean feeling. I do my browsing here and price shop online for ipads, iphones, ipods, apple TV etc. Yes I'm a apple fanatic but all devices have never let me down and as reliable today as the day I bought them...ok some slower than the newer devices but all around reliable. You can find all your adapters and accessories for your Apple device here, but again you can find cheaper. Sales Associates- I've personally never had problems getting assistance or getting my questions answered. I usually get great help when my wife is with me, and always from a dude??? Check out is quick and easy as they all have the card swipers on them. Customer Service- I hate waiting in lines, setting appointments or having to go somewhere if I don't have to to get a problem solved. I've never brought my apple devices to any Apple Store when I've encountered issues. I like to G.T.S (Google that Shit). I've yet to not find an article, post or video on how to fix any problem I was experiencing and all from the comfy confines of my couch or home office. If you are looking to purchase a new apple device, drop in. Check out the features, ask questions and then go home and price shop. I've never got a sense the Apple Store is geared for in depth Tech Support.
