rev:text	MUST READ: THIS PLACE IS NOT UPFRONT WITH ITS RENTERS! BAIT AND SWITCH: Came here with a reservation for a Mercedes CLA as I'm now reading on Yelp many other renters also reserved through yelp only to find that CONVENIENTLY they didn't have it when I came in to pick up the rental so like they have done to everyone else they offer you a junk car OR offer an upgrade for a decent vehicle which ends up costing you a few hundred more per week! I even called to ask when a CLA would be available and they could not give me an answer they said well it depends and they weren't sure exactly..?? They prefer you come in and they can set you up with something. I wonder if they even have more then 1 of these advertised well priced vehicles or if they're just to get you in? Who knows.. DIRTY/SLOW SERVICE: Having the family waiting for me I go to the car and the license plate is about to fall off, the car is filthy and has crumbs all over the seat! SERIOUSLY GUYS! I go back in and tell them the issue, their response is, "would you like us to remove the front license plate, you don't need it anyways". As if they could be anymore unprofessional! (Besides shouldn't any car company present the car to you instead of saying it's on the left side of the building go look for it). I told them no please give me another vehicle and I had to wait 40 minutes as they kept saying it's coming...it's coming.... all together to drive away with the car took 1hr and 45mins! ABSURD! The second car was also dirty and crumby but at that rate i needed to go pick up my family so I just left and Promised never to rent here again. THE BILL: Got the Bill in email today and there are a slew of made up fees they don't tell you about which bring a $254/week rental to $724. Some are a given, such as tax, (unwillful) insurance, and choice upgrade made necessary by their Bait and Switch technique. But also "other fees" like "AVI recovery fee", "Concession Recovery Fee", and "Vehicle License Fee". Renter beware and know what you are getting into, do your research and look it up online!
