  • Looking for a delicious meal in Vegas that won't break the bank? Most quick places in the hotel taste blah and are super overpriced. Project Pie is a yummy place that you'd find in your local neighborhood. There are 8 pizzas on the menu that you can order by number or make your own. We ordered the number 2: pepperoni, Italian sausage, crumbled meatballs, mozzarella, their signature red sauce, and garlic. We were able to add some items to our pizza at no charge: artichokes, red onion, green peppers, olives, jalapeños. The pizza dough can make or break your pizza experience...the dough here is pressed in front of you when you order and once baked, it is crispy golden, and sparkling with olive oil!! Super yummy!! Project Pie is located in the "Underground" of the MGM hotel. At the main lobby with the Lion statue, there are a set of escalators that take you to underground restaurants & stores...and Project Pie.
