  • If you want the best, look no further. American Brothers replaced the first water heater because the owner didn't know who to call. I contacted them, left a message and within 10 minutes received a call back. He evaluated the heater, told the owner and I what was wrong and, with the owner's approval, went straight to work. Even after answering my 50 million questions, he was completely done in about 3 hours! Almost 8 months later, we moved into our own home only to have the water heater in it go out. Our home warranty company and some of American Brother's competitors gave us a run around for nearly 10 hours. We made 1 call to American Brothers (after 4 pm!) and they were at our home within an hour. They replaced the old water heater, cleaned up all the mess from the old one and didn't charge us for the "after hours" call for far less than anyone else....AND THEY DID IT WITHIN 2 HOURS OF ARRIVAL!!! I will not call anyone else....ever again. And I will not recommend anyone but American Brothers!
