  • if your going here to get your toyota serviced they do a good job. purchasing a brand new toyota vehicle. they really think your just easy pickings. i do my homework before i shop for cars. when Charles Albertus was trying to sell me a car, he did not have the sticker available on the car, but i already knew the MSRP was at $26k. during the negotiations, i told him im honest and up front. he assured me he was too. such a bser. he showed me MSRP of $28k. i countered and showed him that truecar and autotrade showed same vehicle at $23k. after that he had no rebuttal. he did not live up to the slogan "well do anything to sell you a car". when he even refuse to price match other dealers around the area, where they cannot acknowledge and honor what truecar value showed and they have partnership with them
