  • Massage Envy is a franchise and that exactly is the feel as soon as you walk thru the door. The receptionists are very friendly but most of the staff seem very inexperienced. They are lacking spa etiquette. Not very relaxing and the rooms always cold. I am going to cancel my membership once my 6 months are up. The therapists are inconsistent in how they follow up with you after the massage, letting you know what areas need more attention next visit.
