  • This dealership is the absolute worst!! I never thought I would be the "if I could rate negative stars" person, but I have to do this... 1. I worked with a guy named Amos, stay FAR FAR away. He's the epitome of a grimy used car salesman (Mr. Wormwood). He said I would get $200 for referrals, it's been a month,I have yet to see a check. When I called to follow up, he played stupid. At this point it's not about the $200. Just don't tell someone you're going to do something when you have zero intention of doing it. 2. I was forced to re-sign my contract because THEY screwed up. Instead of being upfront and honest about the situation, they made it seem like they went out of their way to lower my car payment. Thank goodness I had my father (who's an experienced car buyer) there to call them out. He also caught them in multiple lies. 3. It's very hard to get a hold of anyone! Why am I calling for my green slip? Why am I calling to follow up on your sale? It's almost like you have to hunt them down. When they do call they never leave a voicemail to let you know why they're calling. As silly as that sounds, not everyone answers calls from random numbers. I don't have "Centennial Hyundai" on my list of contacts. In conclusion, I'm happy with the car I got. It's unfortunate that my first time buying a car had to turn into such an awful experience. Please save yourself the trouble and stay far far away!
