  • Friendly people and polite but no knowledge about computers and parts even if you give them the specs, there's alot of kids working there that don't know anything. I had to make four trips for RAM for my job, which was a waste of time and gas to get the correct one even when I printed out the spec sheet and handed it to the reps. They need to be trained better.
