  • The worst experience I have ever had. I got a classic pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure lasted about five minutes with no massage. They just cut and painted my nails. The gel manicure (see attached photos) was painful. The man who did my nails told me not to paint my nails at home because he could not get the nail polish off. It was normal Essie nail polish. He left it all over my nails (the red spots in the picture) and cut off all of my nails without asking. I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and have to scramble to fix them myself. Overall, I paid them nearly $200 for three people and no one left feeling satisfied. Beyond mad and disappointed.
