  • I would give this company -10 stars if i could. America West is the worst company ever. Everyones reviews about this company is true. They are LIARS. I REGRET buying my house and I HATE it with a passion. They said after closing they would fix everything, which i didnt believe. and of course after closing, they dont respond back. they trap you in with there shady contracts. if i backed out i wouldve lost a lot of money and the time wasted was for nothing. they will keep your money, even though they say you will get it back. I was even told verbal contracts dont mean nothing. I wish i never bought my house or step foot into america west. Some of my neighbors are already selling their houses. Its really sad for a new community, but i dont blame them. Im about to put my house on the market. Please I urge anyone reading this to spread the news about america west. They are liars and you will regret buying your house, just as many others have. I HATE MY HOUSE AND REGRET BUYING IT. I HATE IT!!!! I HATE IT!!!!!! I HATE IT!!!!!!
