  • I have been a customer of Luv It for 43 years. I have always boasted about Luv It to friends, family and when I'm out of town. I have even bought Luv on dry ice to friends out of town. Well, I guess all good things come to an end, or in this case a screeching halt. My wife and I packed our twins in the car and drove across the valley to grab our favorite treat only to be disappointed first by the wait, and there wasn't even a line. I used to wait in lines of 20 people at times for my Luv It. I wouldn't wait for it anymore. The quality has lessened, service is slower and I have to mention the size of the desserts seem to be cut in half! What once was in my mind a Las Vegas icon, has slipped through the cracks and become average to below average, ordinary, not special anymore. It's actually very disappointing that my kids won't know and love Luv It too. Way too expensive for a product that has shrunk in size and quality for the same price. What a bummer, this was a date night ending spot too. There must have been an ownership change because I don't think the previous owners would have made the portion, service and quality decisions. I'm sure business is deteriorating! The prievious owners served sizes and quality that they would have wanted! Now that was great! It would be nice to see some places stay great, I thought Luv It Frozen Custard was going to be, oh well.
