Have been buying macaroons from Nadege for years, their cakes are my go-to for birthdays and special occasions and it's actually their treats that now it's understood I will bring dessert for family potlucks. I always pick up pastries for cold winter weekends at home and with various locations across GTA, it's very convenient. Today we ate at the queen street location, it was busy at 11:30 am but by 1, the patio emptied. The staff is as friendly as they could be for a busy Sunday morning. We ordered the ham and cheese brioche, salmon croissant and a chocolate croissant, plus two lattes. The croissants were cold so we asked them to heat and that was so issue. We actually waited a while for our lattes, but it was busy, so it's understood. The patio overlooks trinity bellwoods and if we didn't find a seat, you can always head over to the park for an impromptu picnic! With tip, the bill was about $30.
