  • We had huge trouble with wrongs bags getting pulled over but Wong, and another person, I believe her last name was Wilburn were extremely patient in getting bag to us even though we got the wrong one before. She personally took the pain of going down to luggage area and retrieving the bag. Wong was consistently patient and apologizing, when it wasn't even his fault. Thumbs up and kudos to these folks for being patient.
