  • I have been seeing my current PA Jonne Housh for almost 8 years and I LOVE LOVE LOVE her. My entire family goes to her and I have recommended her to several of my friends. Ever since she merged with this office things have gone from bad to worse. Like other reviews here and other places have said this office is just terrible. The front office staff is horrible, rude and just incompetent. I have sat on hold for 20 minutes multiple times, waited weeks for a prescription refill, had refills that never came, etc. The back office is great, but things fall through the cracks all the time. The final straw for me is now the office policy is I have to make an appointment and go in for an office visit to review my blood results. I used to have the medical assistant just call me and say XYZ, now I have to pay for the 10 minute office visit and that is another 50$ that is completely ridiculous!! I am going to find a new doctor, which I hate to do, but when you combine all these things it is too much of a headache to stay.
