  • The worst customer service in the history of customer service. The salesman in the fishing department don't even look you in the eye. They seem to want to be someplace else and have no interest in helping you find things. I had a pocket full of money that I wanted to spend on fishing gear but I did not spend single dime at this place once I noticed that all the staff refused to help me . Upon leaving I mentioned to the cashiers that this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and she had no interest in discovering what my problem was or who I had a problem with. I'm not even an apology. I will never ever shop at Sail again. If you are looking for fishing gear go to any place but here. Hell, for that matter don't buy a damn thing at this place and I hope they go out of business soon. Avoid this place at all cost. I've should've given it no stars as opposed to one star.
