  • Should be "Parker and Cons"! Tech saw instantly I was new to desert, moving boxes still in living rm & I was panicked! No a/c and 115 degrees! He took 1-2 min to go on roof and back & said compressor and fan were "fried"! Over $4k to repair and $5-6k to replace! Called second company, that "honest tech" repaired a/c in approx 10 min. He couldn't believe how any "honest" a/c tech could have misdiagnosed my a/c like that! I am also calling BBB and telling everyone, THEY'RE CRIMINALS!
