  • The hospital and the staff were mostly awesome on this visit which was a huge difference from our first visit which was a complete disaster. Of course no one from the hospital Administration returned our calls and refused to talk to us about the first visit. When we came in a second time we were very vocal about not dealing with Dr. Rana. Of course this time the Administration did come talk to us because we were so vocal in the ER. Dr Shuja who was the hospital doctor assigned during this admission was really nice unfortunately he did not notify my wife's oncologist who works right next door that she was in the hospital until after she was discharged. So she was in here for a week and he knew who she was being treated by for her cancer but just chose to say nothing to him or his office until after she was discharged. To me, this was unprofessional behavior and for that reason we will not come back to this hospital for treatment. Games are not acceptable and two doctors who work together and are both are unprofessional is enough to keep us away from this place. The other reason for the 1 star is the medical records department. Today is Friday, we came in on Monday and filled out the paperwork to get all her records from the last visit. We requested a cd as paper would be way too much. The lady told us she needed until Wednesday or Thursday to get it done because it would take a while to copy everything onto a cd. We said ok. On Wednesday we had to come over to get blood work done for my wife so we stopped in just to see if it was done. She said she had not gotten to it yet but would have it done by Thursday. We said ok, we will actually come back Friday morning. Well today is Friday and she still has not done it. Why??? The only lie she offered was that the records were not complete??? It's been over a month since her discharge and that was not the reason she gave us on Wednesday. On Wednesday all she said was it's not Thursday yet??? Wrong answer.....now we are sitting with our time being wasted waiting on this lady to do her job which should have been done yesterday....
