  • I was told my card would guarantee my room. I reserved a king room. Called prior to 6pm that day, to let them know I was running late, and they said since I used a card, they still guarantee my king room. I got there, and they had one room left, a queen! It was late so I had no choice, but was extremely disappointed that I was lied to. I complained via email, and still haven't even gotten a so sorry from them! Very rude. Very uncomfortable room. Will not be back
