  • As the previous reviewer stated, this location is great. It's clean and spacious and has what you come to expect from nail salons in Toronto. However where this place fails is the staff and the treatment they extend to you. I like to try new nail spots in town on a fairly regular basis. I had a manicure and was cut 3 times during this service to the point where blood was drawn. Ive never had this happen in the many years I've been getting my nails done. The nail expert made it worse by putting 70% alcohol on it without warning and as a result, my relaxing manicure was a stinging, burning, get-me-out-of-here experience. Polish and nail shaping were decent Maybe she should have gone a bit slower and cut down on the chatter. I won't be recommending this to friends and will not be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere. Hopefully over time they will work out the kinks and their service will improve.
