  • I first started going to this location back in September. I've seen really great reviews about Chloe so I tired to book with her but she was already fully booked. So instead I booked with someone else (pretty popular on yelp as well) got to my appointment early and I guess the nail tech didn't realize I've been there waiting for the last 10 minutes, not a big deal. Went through with the process, taking off my old gel nails and using the gel powder. Then I started to realize that the color on my nails isn't what I picked. It turned out to be really bright pink instead of a peachy color. The nail tech knew I wasn't happy so she gives me sort of an attitude saying "so what do you want me to do now? Change it" she then takes everything off and by this time she was irritated. I asked her why the color I chose didn't come out to be the one on display and she said that because the sunlight made them lighter. At this point I was scared to choose a color because I don't want a different turn out. I asked her for help and refuses to say anything but says "whatever you want". I was just over it so I choose a nude color to be safe. Two days later the tip of my nail chipped, a week later one fell out and another one the next week. When it was time for my fill I made sure to see Chloe! And let me just tell you, Chloe is amazing! Super sweet, helpful and great at what she does!! If you're not happy with something she will definitely fix it for you without complaints! She helped me picked out colors Ive seen online, even help me pick colors to match my toes, shapes are on point that they are almost identical to each nail. On top of that, nothing have lifted even after 4 weeks!!! Just be aware that she books quick so make sure to make your appointments ahead of time.
