I ordered the Chilean sea bass ($39) and truffle fries ($9). So. Much. Oil. When the server first mentioned the butter infusion I didn't think much of it, but once I actually got it into my mouth whoa nelly. While it was cooked nicely, it was just too greasy for me. I may be a bit sensitive to oily or greasy food, but I felt the panko crust was gritty and unappetizing as a result of the oil and butter. The fries were very good but unfortunately the fish was so oily I had to stop eating the fries. I really didn't like the food here overall but the service was solid. With so many steakhouses in Vegas, this one is hard to recommend.
