  • I recently brought my Audi to get serviced. I just moved from Raleigh to Charlotte, so this was my first time taking it to Audi Northlake. Kit performed my service. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday afternoon for my car to be serviced the next morning. Kit called me by 10am the next day with a service update. Unfortunately, alot of unexpected repairs were recommended after the inspection. Kit was very informative and honest. I appreciate that he didn't try to pressure me into getting the recommended services all at one time. He was very patient and also called my boyfriend to keep him in the loop as well. He even went the extra mile to contact my warranty company to see what services could possibly be covered by my service warranty. Kit was great and made the experience less stressful.
