I spent 4 hours here recently, in what turned into being more tests than my doctor had ordered. I paid $432 while in the office, per their promise that my bcbs was covering the rest of the expense. Now they are billing me for $423.46 and saying I only paid $157. I called to discuss and was on hold for 100 minutes- that's one hour and forty minutes!! I finally gave up without speaking to a human. I won't be returning. So unfortunate.
Update-
I got someone on the phone and found out that I'm really on the hook to pay the additional $432. Apparently, the test that the technician told me that I really needed to have done, even though my doctor did not order it and I kept trying to not have an additional test ran; that costed me an additional $300. If someone tries to get you to take additional tests, it's best to ask the financial implications..
