  • Attention!! Don't not move to any of there properties! I lived at Sunset Cove paid on time never never been late. Moved out with a 60 day notice left the apartment with no furniture no damage also took pictures of every room even did a walk through of the apartment when turning in my key. Only to get hit with a $600 cleaning fee for carpet stove and tubes..really confused because I have pictures of it all. Was a single person there with no pets no kids no party's. Very confused on the charges. Norelle Geraci property management at the time, had only been there for a week and she seem to be a racist and I really believed she judge me by my appearance and thought because I'm a African American it's impossible for me to be a decent human being. I have sent several messages to customer service. No one I mean no one of upper management in the Regional office has contacted me to resolve this and it's been over a year. Will definitely be in court soon. I refuse to be ripped of because of my skin tone. Don't support this property. If your skin is a different color you will be ripped off. They have the power behind the desk but not for long !!! Not sure why this property manager lied on my file but it's a terrible thing I refuse to let them get away with this.
