Worst customer experience in my history of knowing what's wrong and right. I've worked for some of the top companies with retail marks, Apple, Porsche, etc. The arrogance, negativity and dismissive behavior is not just deplorable, its unacceptable.
I would understand if this was behavior provided and witness by entry-level employees, however this was the general manager of the store. I would also leave some leeway if this was a franchise location, however this is a Verizon CORPORATE store.
I was and still am disgusted at my treatment by @verizonwireless and will likely terminate my services with them in the future.
