  • He was one of seven calls I made to have a home inspection done for a house I am purchasing. Not only was his quote the lowest of all I received, but he was also the only one to work around both mine and my husband's schedules. He arrived 15 minutes before we got there and had already completed the outside inspection then did the inside. He is very thorough noticing small things you would never think to look at. His pleasant personality was great during such a nervous and stressful time. He made us feel very comfortable and relaxed while he was conducting his inspection. He took time to explain what he was doing and why, he very clearly explained the things he found and how they would affect the house as time went on. He pointed out things that were not required for the inspection but were good for us to know and keep an eye on to prevent further damage. Our report was in my email box the very next morning written in a very easily understood way with pictures of everything he found. The over all experience with him was just so great I couldn't recommend him enough.
