  • I've had my nails done my whole life so I know what good nails are like. I asked for almond shape pink nails. The lady who did them for me first off finished the entire full set of nails in under 30 min. Which is the fastest I've ever seen anyone do a full set. Should tell you right there something is wrong. Rushed the entire thing- all of my nails glued on are way bigger than my actual nails. Super crooked on 7 of the 10 of them. Paid 45 bucks for her to ruin my nails. Went back in today to have her fix them- she told me she couldn't do anything but try to reshape them. Did an awful job. Wouldn't give me a refund. And now I'm stuck with nails that are super sharp and flat on the sides and look absolutely terrible. The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Michelle is extremely rude and un helpful. Will NEVER be coming back and would NEVER recommend. Come here if you want to waste your money and get shitty customer service on top of it
