| - Purchased a Kenmore Elite washer and dryer on May 9th, great service at this location, however when my appliances were delivered to my new home on June 13th the dryer was electric and I needed a gas one, the delivery guys took back both the washer and dryer, said they would hold the washer at the warehouse until we could arrange the exchange of the electric dryer for the gas one. A $1300 additional charged was made to my account on June 18th for the gas dryer, however I was not immediately refunded the original $1300 for the electric dryer,in fact to date I am still waiting for the refund. I have spoken to MANY staff members, transferred to MANY different departments, on hold for MANY hours trying to get this simple refund. I was told it takes 7-10 days for the refund, waited that time period, STILL NOTHING. When I inquired as to the reason for the 7-10 days they stated this was due to my bank, but since I do work in the industry I know this not to be true. I was told this was ESCALATED and still almost 3 days later NOTHING
More than likely never doing business with this company ever again, and will be letting others know as well.
