  • CNJ was sent to my house from my home warranty company, Old Republic, to repair a cracked toilet. The plumber told my home warranty that we made "improper repairs" (to a toilet we had not repaired) but he would do the replacement for $350 retail. His lie has created a costly repair for us in a home we just moved into. He got his service fee for completing no work and then wants us to pay out of pocket. Stay away. If your home warranty company sends you CNJ, request someone else
