  • I was at the Toy Shack Jan 3rd and made a purchase to be shipped to Pennsylvania explaining we would not be home until the 8th. It is the 19th and we still have not received our purchase - we have made 4 phone calls with no return calls or information about our purchase. We will be cancelling the payment on our charge card. I cannot recommend the professionalism of this business and would not advise shipping a purchase.
