  • First of all, I've used these guys for at least 8 different delivery orders. Secondly, ALWAYS ask for help from Karen. She has great ideas and is always patient and helpful. I made the mistake of letting another worker there help me one time and the results were disappointing to say the least. From the final product to the customer service this person provided, it was pretty bad. If you order, do so over the phone, prices are much more reasonable if you just call them as opposed to using their website. It costs an extra $11 to have the flowers delivered, well worth it. Same day orders need to be made around noon, Ontario time, to be delivered the same day. Highly recommend these florists for their creativity and customer service.
