  • Look out for this company people, I went to them years ago for my very first place to live, they moved me into a nice decent condo for $850.00, but once actually in I began not even two or three months into my rent phase getting eviction notices on my door from the bank saying that they will evict me for none payment, I spoke to my landlord which is Atlas Group, they said oh just ignore it the owner is fine the bank is making a mistake. Well that mistake was bull sh*t, I caught them red handed, I did my research, the condo went to foreclosure months before I move in, the owners had the sales guy trying to rake in on some of my hard earned cash, so I only literally lived at one place for 6 months and lost out on my moving expenses. The sales guy or rep said he needed to do a walk through, little did he know I was filming him the entire time for court, cause why would you do a walk through if you just lost the place, what trying to keep my $850.00 deposit you cheap piece of sh*t,. I caution anyone working with them, go to a real company a real realtor who will help and not rape you for what your worth. This company allowed me to move into a foreclosed home and still tried to snatch my deposit like I owed something, the only reason why I received it back was, because I threatened them with legal action and litigation, so the company caved an gave back my funds! I am warning anyone who desires to try them, you may get lucky or you may end up like me in my situation where you lost out on money and had to move and pay more than what you need! Watch out!
