  • Absolutely horrible experience!!! 11 months of being stood up and lied to with numerous amounts of property damage that they didn't feel was their responsibility to fix even though the property damage was due to the negligence of their employees and subcontractors. Our roof was damaged, our concrete was scored, the corner of our house was cut off, they got paint all over 75% of our concrete, they got stucco on our concrete, they got paint on our hot tub, the patio cover leaks in multiple places and they even reused materials so we can clearly see where they caulked the old holes where the original screws were. I lost count of the number of different installers that tried to fix this horrific job and all of them claimed to be the "best in the valley", especially the most recent installer, but they are ALL awful and each one failed to actually fix the issues and each one added to the property damage instead of making things better. No one in this company has any pride in a job well done and they have zero work ethic. Do yourself a favor and find another company to install your patio cover!!
